- Oversee and examine new strategy progress and development
- Educate, lead and supervise members of the business development team to ensure the project’s achievement
- Conduct complex analysis in order to find new market opportunities
- Oversee the implementation of different contracts
- Build, encourage and maintain longterm relationships with key stakeholders
- Create and present a detailed report for upper management
- Suggest measures for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualification :
- Fresh graduate or max.5 years experience in the field of Business Expansion, Business Consultant, Mining Consultant or related field.
- Min.Master Degree in Metalurgy/Mining/Minerals.
- GPA min.3.00
- Fluent in English and Mandarin able to use it as a working language due to the nature of this role.
- Strong teamwork and communcation skills, active thinking, strong learning and adaptation abilities.
- Experience with handling end-to-end business expansion.
- Willing to traveled all around Indonesia.
